Given Germany’s focus on renewable energies and given some of the challenges that the renewable energy sector faces, our team has acquired detailed experience in hydrogen and renewable energy projects. From the earliest use of hydrogen in mobility projects (e.g., buses), we are now supporting projects that intended to make use of renewable hydrogen for train mobility.
For example, we have designed and executed a project to generate hydrogen for fuel cells, where the oxygen was used to operate a sewage plant. A PEM electrolyser was used to generate hydrogen for operating a bus driven by fuel cells. The oxygen generated in this process is used to improve the performance of a sewage plant.
